The cover of the Sturm Gen.II body armor has some differences from that used by the fighters of the 3rd Assault Brigade. In this model, the designers have provided a cummerbund with quick-release 2M ROC buckles, which allow you to unfasten it in a matter of seconds. This product is compatible with standard ESAPI (USA) armor plates; medium (31.8 x 24.1 cm), large (33.7 x 26 cm) and extra large (35.5 x 28 cm). With the help of an internal elastic band and special straps, you can easily adjust it to the size of the plate you need. Also available separately for the body armor cover is the M-TAC CLASS 1 PROTECTION CLASS 1 SOFT BALLISTIC PACKAGE KIT FOR THE STURM ARMOR VEST, consisting of three ballistic protection panels: front, back, and in the cummerbund. The body armor cover is made of high-quality Cordura 500D material – a super-strong fabric resistant to abrasion and high loads. The extended cummerbund with MOLLE interface for 4 slings allows you to carry additional equipment – for example, horizontal first aid kits or utility pouches. The main feature of the new design from M-Tac is the special shape of the body armor cover, which, together with the use of ballistic packages, provides the maximum area of ??anti-fragment protection. On the top of the body armor cover is a small pocket that closes with a water-resistant AquaGuard zipper and is suitable for storing ID, cards, weapon permit and other similar-sized items. A Velcro panel with slots allows you to attach both your favorite patches and other MOLLE-compatible gear. On the rear panel of the product there is a classic MOLLE interface. In the upper area there is an evacuation loop, which, based on the recommendations of the military, has been reinforced with special fasteners. On the inside, along the entire plane of the chest and back, the designers have provided 3D mesh inserts and cushioned pads that ensure excellent air circulation. In combination with other equipment, the body armor cover allows you to create a modern modular system of individual protection of a fighter.
